European Posted Worker Notification Portal
The European Posted Worker Directive, places requirements on employers sending individuals to work in other EU member states. Most notably an obligation to make a notification to the host member state, prior to commencement of travel. This notification is merely to inform the host country authorities about the trip. These rules affect both business travellers and expats as well as third country nationals.
