Database / Rules Administrator

Tracker Software operates a series of products that support global business travellers and their employers for the compliance risks they encounter before and during travel. 

Our comprehensive rules engine supports these multiple factors and we require an experienced Data Base / Rules Administrator to join our growing team managing these complex rules engines. 

Sales Channel Manager

Our technology supports global business travellers and their employers for the compliance risks they encounter before and during travel.  We distribute our product via a series of White Label Channel Partners. The Sales Channel Manager will develop & maintain these relationships, grow additional Channels and support the Channels in delivering their services to their clients. 

The Channel Manager will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability and partner objectives – reporting to the CEO.

Database / Rules Administrator (full time)

Location Dublin, Ireland or Remote Worker within CET and UTC Time Zones

Job Responsibilities

Skills required

  • Creating and maintaining suite of databases according to each client’s specialized requirements
  • Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses
  • Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users
  • Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards
  • Perform tests and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity
  • Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply changes and versions promptly
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors
  • Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards
  • Be available for on-call support as needed
  • Proven work experience as a Database administrator
  • Immigration and tax background would be an advantage
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge, experience and understanding of the global travel market
  • Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and Microsoft office
  • Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding
  • Familiarity with programming languages and APIs
  • Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
  • BS degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Sales Channel Manager

Job Responsibilities

Skills required

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, implementation and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end- user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner resources
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned accounts
  • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners accounts
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a direct or channel environment with a proven track record of success
  • Established contact base in the global travel, relocation, tax or immigration markets
  • Ability to enlist the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed
  • Ability to respond to customer demands of a global customer base for completion of bid documents and pricing
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with online presentation technology and accomplished Document production and Excel skills
  • Knowledge, experience and understanding of the global business travel market
  • Degree in relevant discipline preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English language proficiency preferred but other languages desirable
  • Ability to travel extensively to client and trade events

Accountabilities and Performance measures

  • Ability to reach assigned sales quotas & profitability targets
  • Completes partner account plans that meet company standards
  • Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
